This lanyard is crafted from reclaimed soft, high-quality cotton fabric, this material has a smooth yet durable finish designed for everyday comfort and long-lasting wear. Breathable and lightweight, it feels gentle against the skin while still offering the strength needed for daily use. The cotton weave gives each piece a relaxed, premium feel, with subtle texture and character that makes every lanyard beautifully unique.

Our Reclaimed Fabric Safety Breakaway Lanyards are thoughtfully handcrafted using carefully sourced reclaimed fabrics, giving beautiful materials a second life while reducing textile waste. Each lanyard is completely unique, with many fabrics being sourced in small batches from repurposed textiles, making them part of a truly limited collection. Due to the nature of reclaimed fabrics, designs may have very limited availability — once a fabric is gone, it may not be possible to source it again.

Designed with both sustainability and practicality in mind, this collection combines comfort, durability, and professional safety features whilst offering something a little more special than mass-produced alternatives.

Safety Breakaway Lanyards provide the wearer with the security of either 1, 2, 3 or 5 breakaway points on the lanyard. Should it get pulled from your neck, grabbed hold of, or caught on something — for example if the wearer slips, trips or falls — the lanyard will break into sections, reducing the risk of strangulation. The lanyard can then be reassembled for future use.

These lanyards are handmade to order using carefully selected reclaimed and quality cotton and mixed fabrics. Choosing Your Safety Option

1 and 3-Point Safety Lanyards

Suitable for everyday environments where there is a risk of the lanyard being caught or pulled.

2-Point Safety Lanyard

Features front breakaway clips for both comfort and security, with no clips at the back of the neck — ideal for comfortable all-day wear.

3 and 5-Point Safety Lanyards

Often required by workplace policies within highly volatile, acute, or unpredictable environments such as secure mental health units, prison services, police settings, or professional security roles.

Quality & Construction

These quality lanyards are made using 4 layers of fabric, creating a strong, durable yet comfortable finish. All joins are double stitched to provide extra security at stress points.

Unlike many mass-produced nylon lanyards, reclaimed fabric lanyards often have a softer, more comfortable feel against the skin whilst also helping to extend the life of beautiful fabrics that may otherwise go unused.

The fabric has been prewashed to help prevent shrinkage. Lanyards can be machine washed; however, we recommend placing them inside a pillowcase or laundry bag to prevent the swivel clips from clunking against the washing machine drum or catching during the wash cycle.

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

Heat may melt or deform the plastic breakaway clips, rendering them ineffective.
